Leadership Consultancy

Leadership development is a critical component in the successful implementation of major change. The Leadership Centre will continue to deliver a range of open programmes and bespoke leadership programmes at Director and senior manager levels for our clients.

We will also respond to specific leadership challenges facing our client organisations through programme and other tailored development support. We are currently delivering leadership development initiatives for Tier 3 and Tier 4 managers accross Trusts. The purpose of these programmes is to develop a community of leaders with the skills and confidence to actively support the delivery of the modernisation agenda.
