Purpose

Collective is the HSC Leadership Centre’s new regional leading edge development opportunity for leaders at all levels across health and social care including our patients, clients and service users.   ‘Bringing  collective leadership to life’

 

This exciting programme is the first of its kind in HCSNI and is based on the latest research in collective leadership,  following the principles outlined in the HSC Collective Leadership Strategy.

This pioneering new programme is designed to be unique, innovative and challenging.  Collective builds on the four components of collective leadership recognising your leadership capacity and ability to engage effectively within and across our system boundaries.  It will unleash your leadership skills, supporting your work with other leaders and teams across the system to address the collective leadership challenge.
