Purpose
To enable delegates to achieve a good understanding of the OGC (Office of Government Commerce) approach to Managing Programmes and to prepare for the Foundation and Practitioner examinations.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this course participants will be able to:
- Describe and apply all facets of the programme processes, in accordance with the MSP method;
- Setup and manage complex programmes
- Identify and control risks
- Monitor the objectives of a programme and the essential adjustments needed to respond to changes in the environment

5 day non residential workshop.
The Foundation examination is a 40 minute, 50 multiple choice question paper. The Practitioner exam is a 90 minute open book based on a set case study, studied during the course and one question with a 50% pass mark.
