Purpose

This half day programme will give participants an introduction to Quality Improvement

This module is about critically examining the value added in systems and processes and taking action to improve and transform services.

Learning Outcomes

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the principles of the Quality Attributes Framework
  • Explore quality improvement methodologies and tools
  • Complete a project charter
  • Examine data collection sources in your service area
  • Apply knowledge of the PDSA cycle
  • Identify service improvement projects and apply learning in practice
