Purpose
The programme aims to equip participants with a range of techniques to carry out an effective workplace training role.
Learning Outcomes
Learning Objectives:
- Identify the role of the trainer
- Set appropriate objectives for training
- Apply learning and training styles theory and identify own styles
- Set out clear tutor notes for training sessions
- Apply techniques to evaluate training activities
