Advanced Coaching Programme

Purpose

In the Advanced Coaching Programme we will be working with a cohort of experienced coaches and this is reflected in our approaches.  We will embrace the principles of shared discovery, co-working and personal responsibility for learning.  

Learning Outcomes

Exploration of the key coaching competencies around the coaching mindset, the coaching relationship, coaching interventions and developing confidence in applying new learning.  This programme is a path to ICF credentialling. 

Audience

Are you an experienced coach with an appetite to develop further?  Do you want to stretch yourself against professional standards with a view to becoming a credentialed coach?

 

To join the Advanced Coaching programme, applicants should have a recognised coaching qualification e.g. ILM Level 5 coaching, an equivalent or higher coaching related qualification and be an experienced coach with a demonstrated history of coaching, currently practising.

Method

We will use the HSC elearning platform to provide support resources, webinars, discussion forums, reflective blogs as well as Zoom and face to face to host live and interactive coaching, supervision and shared learning experiences.

 

These sessions will be a combination of face to face and virtual, based on the government covid-19 guidance.

The Leadership Centre is currently reviewing all its coaching programmes and new dates for advanced cosching will be released when our coaching portolio have been finalised.

 

To join this programme you must first obtain approval from your OWD/HR SLA Co-ordinator before applying.

 

Cost of the programme is to be charged at 3MD places or £2,874.00
