Purpose
Introduction and background:
The Public Health Agency has commissioned the HSC Leadership Centre to develop interview preparation training for the organisation. Over the next 6 months, the PHA will be recruiting into a number of business priority roles and want to ensure their staff have received the necessary support and development to assist in the interview preparation.
The training will focus on 2 programmes (10 participants each) for:
- Band 8a and above and Band 7 and below
Learning Outcomes
Programme Outline:
The half-day programme will cover the following topics:
- Job application preparation;
- Interview preparation;
- Interview technique
(In line with current government guidelines, the programme will be delivered Virtually).
