SHSCT - Making and Communicating Decisions
Following the launch of HSC Learn we no longer accept applications through this website.

Purpose
High performance teams frequently make good decisions. They thrive in complex environments and instead of relying on the judgement and experience of the leader, they use the collective talents of everyone in the team.
These sessions will increase staff awareness of their own default decision making process and its impacts, while exposing them to the national decision making model. This model makes the process easier and more uniform. It is not only used for making the decisions, but also for assessing and judging them. It can be used to improve future decisions and to create techniques and methods that will help them more successfully navigate the decisions they make on a daily basis.
