Purpose

This session will enable Leaders understand the importance of Emotional Intelligence the impact it can have and the outcomes it can help us achieve

Learning Outcomes

Understand and explain what Emotional Intelligence is?
Identify the behaviours of an Emotionally Intelligent Leader and the outcomes that demonstrating these can achieve?
Explore the EI Framework and apply this to our own leadership
