Purpose

To equip team leaders with the knowledge and skills for having conversations which require

By the end of this on-line session leaders will have understood:

The importance of creating an environment which is psychologically safe so that team members can take risks, innovate and be creative as well as being honest and authentic.

The value of maximising team relationships by embracing diversity

The contribution of each team member by focusing on team role clarity and helping the team understand roles of others
