Course Information

Purpose

This interview skills session is aimed at those applying for posts such as the upcoming new SAS specialist posts, a role with a particular remit such as QI or Education lead. Participants will explore the expectations of the recruitment panel and the type of questions which may be asked. Attendees will look at the relevant techniques and skills required for these type of job interviews and to develop draft answers.

This course limited to a maximum of 16 participants.

How to structure answers using a competency based approach.

Good interview techniques.
