Purpose

Delivery of a ‘Change Management Approach’ session as part of an induction programme, to standardise the programme / project management approach for staff members within ITS.

Learning Outcomes

To standardise programme / project management approach.

This half-day virtual session will focus on the importance of stakeholders within change programmes and will cover:

Stakeholder identification
Stakeholder analysis
Change impact and readiness assessments
Managing stakeholder relationships to achieve successful outcomes / benefits realisation
Effective communication / communication planning

Audience

Targeted at BSO - ITS staff particularly those new to the organisation, however all staff are encouraged to attend.
