Working With Remote Teams

Purpose

With the rise of flexible working and working from home the need to understand and overcome the challenges of remote working is more important than ever.  This course provides Team Leaders and Managers with a chance to understand how teams communicate and deliver work when working remotely.

• Understand best practice for organising and monitoring workload and completion of work for remote teams.
