With the rise of flexible working and working from home the need to understand and overcome the challenges of remote working is more important than ever.  This course provides Team Leaders and Managers with a chance to understand how teams communicate and deliver work when working remotely.

• Appreciate the main issues and challenges for remote working teams.
• Understand best practice for organising and monitoring workload and completion of work for remote teams.
• Comprehend how effective remote communication can serve as a support to help complete work and achieve targets.
