Purpose

The ability to catalyze and empower collective action among others to drive change is a crucial leadership capability.  Strong stakeholder engagement is built through continuous communication to bulit trust, commitment, innovation and collaboration.  This short session explores the skills and capabilities needed to collaborate effective to achieve shared goals.

Learning Outcomes

Participants will explore: Collaborative leadership models and tools, how to build and share your vision, how to gain commitment of working together with stakeholders in new ways.
