The aim of this session is to raise awareness of coaching skills as a compassinate leadership tool to support staff and enhance individual and team performance.  Managers will practice coaching skills to support day-to-day activities, including goal setting and personal development planning with team members.  

Learning Outcomes

During this session participants will.

• Learn the importance of coaching skills to improve performance, boost morale and build trust within teams.
• Explore the skills needed to be a coaching leader.
• Practical application of coaching models and tools. 

Audience

HSCB Staff Only. 

Leaders at all levels across the organisation.
