HSCB - How to adopt a Coach Approach - Self-Directed Resource

Purpose

This short interactive resource will provide a range of coaching materials, guides and support to ensure that a coaching approach will be successfully adopted throughout the organisation

The resource is a good introduction to coaching for staff wishing to develop their coaching skills, and will set out how staff can access further resources including training to support thie role.

This online resource will be available via the HSCB learning platform and accessible for all staff throughout the Orgainsation.
