This programme will provide you with the skills and knowledge to lead confidently within a rapidly changing environment.  You will learn how to understand beliefs and how these connect with behaviours and contextualise this learning within the HSCNI environment.  The learning will explore power and influence allowing you to increase your personal impact and confidence.

Learning Outcomes

1. At the end of the course, participants will understand their personal belief system and how this affects personal impact.
2. The learning will provide practical tools on how to increase your personal power and influence.
3. The course will help you recognise your personal preference for behaviour and how to adapt to challenging circumstances and differing personalities.

Band 7 leaders and above.
