Purpose
- To accelerate essential management skills. This HSCB bespoke development programme will provide participants with critical operational management skills, giving them with the confidence to manage the resources at their disposal and deliver their service with impact.

Anyone who is new to management or needs to refresh critical operational management skills

The programme will be delivered virtually, however, this will be reviewed based on Covd-19 regulations.
