Creating Balance in Your Work

This one day course won’t necessarily reduce your workload but it will explore a range of techniques to improve diary management (using MS Outlook), productivity and time management.   It will introduce you to tip and tricks as well as habit forming behaviours which can help you maintain a better balance in your week.
