Mediation Theory & Practice course, accredited with the OCN at Level 3, 9 credits.  The Mediation Theory & Practice training would be delivered and accredited, focusing on conflict that arises in the workplace settings that the participants work with.

Learning Outcomes

To achieve accreditation with Open College Network NI, participants are assessed in their understanding of conflict and the development of appropriate skills and strategies for intervention, along with role play mediations.  Successful completion of the accreditation leads toward an Open College Network NI award at level 3 (with 9 credits representing 90 hours of learning).  Each scuccessful candidate will receive a certificate from OCN NI.

Audience

Individuals involved in workplace mediation - you must be approved by your Trust before you register.

Method

Interactive sessions via zoom.  Later sessions may be delivered face to face depending on restrictions.
