This course is for leaders at all levels whether they are managers or not.  Emotional Intelligence can be learnt and used as a leadership tool.  This course looks at compassionate leadership and how emotial intelligence can help a leader demonstrate the capability to recognise their own and others emotions.

Emotional Intelligence may be used to change associated behaviours to promote helpful engagement.
