Creating Psychological Safety

Purpose

This session will explore the importance of employees feeling they can speak up without the fear of making a mistake for innovation, learning and productivity.  It will also discuss the key challenges faced in building psychological safety in the workplace and share techniques for overcoming them.

Learn the importance of psychological safety, understanding what it is, what it isn't , and the impact it can have within teams

Identify specific skills to strengthen teamwork in order to withstand change and heightened stress

Gain practical ideas that will allow you to consider how to support the development of psycholgical safety in your systems.
