An  exciting new leadership development programme aimed at leaders within SPPG.
Designed to be innovative, fresh and leading edge,  the programme builds on your existing skills and challenges you to think about your personal leadership and emotional intelligence. You will explore what collective leadership means within an integrated care system, and what it takes to make confident decisions and engage effectively within and across organisational and professional boundaries.  

Audience

Leaders within SPPG

Method

Learn as part of a community of leaders, providing peer support and opportunities for challenge. The programme consists of a combination of face to face discussion sessions, activities and practical application, as well as perspectives from other leaders. You will have access to a coach for the duration of the programme.
