To educate and develop leaders and managers within health & social care. The programme aims to assist leaders and managers to plan, implement and sustain change in the transformation of services.

The ongoing Covid-19 pandemic has demonstrated the invaluable role leaders and managers play in the delivery of HSC services.  This programme reflects both developments influenced by Covid-19 as well as the broader transformation agenda within Health and Social Care.  Content within the programme is broad, reflecting the varied role a manager and leader plays and covers topics such as Collective Leadership, Culture and Values, Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Delivery, Quality & Service Improvement, Change Management, Financial Management and Service User Involvement.  The programme aims to equip leaders and managers with knowledge, tools and approaches that will  devleop them further in their roles and help them bring innovative improvements to their service area.   The programme is also an opportunity to network with other health care professionals working in a range of different roles.
