Coaching Practitioner Programme (EMCC accredited)

Purpose

The focus of this 6 module programme is to develop you to become a confident, competent coaching professional.

Audience

This programme is for people who are committed to becoming coaching professionals within their Trust/organisation.  Approval for this programme should be sought from the coaching lead within the organisation that individuals are properly supported in their practice.

Method

The programme is accredited through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.  There will be assignments, coaching practice and supervision requirements.  In addition, all participants must be committed to attending all dates of the programme.

These sessions will be a combination of face to face in compliance with government covid-19 guidance.  The information session will be virtual.
