Purpose
Understanding the process of how Interviews work is valuable knowledge for staff at all levels especially Bands1-7. The Interview Skills course provides an opportunity to SHSCT staff to better understand how to organise, prepare and plan for an interview to improve their chances of a positive outcome.
Participants will learn how to prepare and act during an HSC interview.
