Leadership Essentials for GP Practice

Purpose

These half-day bite-sized leadershp modules will provide you with practial knowledge, understanding and skills to support you during these exceptionally challenging times.

The short courses will help you develop the necessary skills to work in collaboration with colleagues from a range of other disciplines. A focus on Collective Leadership skills, including implementing change, enhanced team working, improvement skills, as well as enhancing the importance of self compassion.

We recommend attending all modules. However, due to the current environment, that might be difficult - so get along when you can.

Audience

The modules are available for any member of the GP Practice team (e.g. GP, Physiotherapist, Nurse, Practice Manager, Social Worker, Pharmacist)

Method

The half-day training will be delivered at the HSC Leadership Centre - maximum 20 applicants for each module.
