The Leadership Centre works in partnership with the NHS Institute for innovation and improvement to deliver the ‘Productive Series’. These consist of the application of a range of improvement principles and ‘agile’ techniques to existing systems and processes in clinical and work settings which are having a significant impact on professional staff and the direct care which patients and clients receive.
The Leadership Centre facilitates the sharing of good practice through raising awareness, training sessions, and collaboration with other regional organisations. We will support improvement networks through inter-organisational improvement learning sets, ‘Lessons from Leaders’ sessions and case study based workshops.
Team Development
One of our most sought after consultancy services is team development. We predict that this will continue to grow in significance with the development of new teams at different levels across the system. We facilitate a range of development interventions including Board and top team development, along with a range of team working, inter-team working, and inter-organisational team working at a number of levels. We have developed a team effectiveness audit tool which has been externally validated and used by over 800 teams within health and social care and outside.
