Debbie Patterson

Debbie holds the International Coach Federation, Professional Certified Coach credential and is a member of ICF and Association for Coaching. She is involved in developing coaches as well as providing coach supervision. She is an active mediator and works with teams in a range of situations. Debbie is accredited/licensed for a variety of behavioural assessments including MBTI, Genos EI, Strengths Development Inventory, Affina OD Team Coach, Healthcare Leadership model.
