Consultancy is at the heart of the HSC Leadership Centre’s work, representing around 80% of our activity. We work alongside health and social care organisations to address leadership and organisational challenges that are often complex, sensitive and system-wide. Leaders engage with us when challenges cannot be solved through standard programmes and require tailored, context-aware leadership support.
