At the HSC Leadership Centre, we are fully committed to building and strengthening leadership capacity across the system.
In line with the HSC Collective Leadership Strategy, we agree that effective leadership is needed at all levels of an organisation and is not restricted to those who have a designated leadership role.
Our regional programme offering is for senior leaders, some profession-specific, multiple accredited programmes that provide industry-recognised qualifications, and three leading to postgraduate and master’s qualifications.

Senior Leader-Specific Regional Programmes
The HSC Leadership Centre offers four Senior Leader-Specific Regional Leadership Programmes: Aspire, Proteus, Insight, and Aspiring Directors.
