The HSC Leadership Centre’s Digital Services support the development of a digitally enabled and future-ready health and social care workforce. Our offer brings together learning, consultancy, and skills development to help individuals and organisations adapt, innovate, and work more effectively in an increasingly digital environment.

We take a coordinated, people-centred approach to digital development – recognising that successful digital transformation is not only driven by technology, but by confident, capable people supported by the right systems, skills, and culture.

Our Digital Services are designed to support digital capability across all levels of the HSC system. By aligning learning, consultancy, and skills development, we help organisations maximise the value of digital investment while improving productivity, efficiency, and quality of outcomes.

eLearning

Flexible, accessible digital learning solutions that support workforce development at scale, enabling, consistent, high-quality learning across organisations and roles.

IT Skills Training

Practical IT skills development that builds digital confidence and competence, supporting staff to use digital tools effectively and productively in their daily work.
