At the HSC Leadership Centre, we have a large team of qualified coaches who can support your team in a range of ways. We have been the vehicle in establishing a regional Coaching Circle providing the opportunity for system wide sharing of best practice and system wide development. 1:1 support enables individuals to improve the way they interact with colleagues and understand how to manage and resolve interpersonal workplace conflicts and disputes. This future-oriented process focuses on each person’s specific conflict management goals in a confidential, and psychologically safe environment.
Our coaching services:
• Voluntary and confidential process
• Typical intervention could involve up to 3 coaching sessions over a period of up to 6 months
• Ensures the team works to its full potential
• Helps the team draw as full on its own resources
• Provides managers with essential managerial skills
• We offer EMCC accredited programmes at practitioner and advanced practitioner levels and we are working to accredit our Coaching Supervision programme
