Conal Carty

Conal has over 30 years’ experience as a learning and development consultant. He has worked in HSC since 2011 designing, delivering leadership and management programmes, supporting the implementation of organisational development through facilitated workshops and team interventions. Since joining the Leadership Centre in 2016, he has been instrumental in leading as program director on the PG Certificate in Commissioning Leadership, and a key member of the PG Diploma in Health & Social Care Management team. He is an ILM and EMCC accredited coach, as well as an Emotional Intelligence and the Healthcare Leadership Model accredited facilitator.
