Lindsay McKee

Lindsay has worked in HR and OD for over 10 years. From starting his career in a small HR consultancy, he moved into the community & voluntary sector in 2017, working as an OD Business Partner from 2018 to 2021. In this role he designed and delivered First Line Manager training as well as managed the organisation’s multi award winning talent management programme alongside internal employee engagement, communication and wellbeing initiatives. In 2021 he joined BSO ITS in a Training Manager role on the NIPIMS programme, supporting the roll out of a regional training strategy and Train the Trainer model for a new Lab Information Management System across all 5 Trusts and NIBTS. He became an Associate Member of the CIPD in January 2018 and completed a PG Certificate in Executive Leadership from Ulster University in 2022. He is a professional coach, holding an ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring, ICF Membership and is a GENOS Emotional Intelligence practitioner.
