Mary Boyle

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, Mary works collaboratively with key stakeholders across the System to develop programs, frameworks and initiatives that build capability for individuals, teams, and the wider system. An experienced professional who can evidence significant experience of consulting with and facilitating senior stakeholders in identifying areas requiring Organisational Development support. Her work is focused on supporting clinicians, managers and leaders to design and deliver better health and social care services and outcomes.

Mary is a facilitator, educator, coach and mediator with experience in supporting strategic change, service improvement, leadership, and wider organisational development interventions. She is particularly interested in supporting teams and leaders that are operating within our complex system.  Mary leads a number of Senior Leadership Initiatives, including MSC in Business Improvement, INSIGHTS Director Development Programme and Succession Planning for Aspiring Directors.
