Paula O’Kelly

Paula has nearly 37 years’ experience of working within Health and Social Care in Northern Ireland.  Starting as an HR professional working in a number of Trusts, Paula then joined the HSC Leadership Centre in 1997 and currently is the Assistant Head of Centre.

Paula has a keen interest in Organisational, Leadership and Personal development and has led on numerous initiatives across the HSC System during her career.  These include strategic planning, service modernisation and team development for transformation as well as designing and delivering Executive Leadership programmes and interventions.  In her role she now mainly works exclusively at executive and senior level and is proud and privileged to have forged strong relationships with many Senior Executives and Senior Managers across the HSC Family.

Paula’s real passion is coaching and she is delighted with the wide range of coaching interventions provided by the Coaching team in HSCLC.  Paula truly believes that coaching can change lives.
