Siobhán Rice

Siobhán has over 30 years’ experience working within Health and Social Care in a variety of roles. She began working in the HSC Leadership Centre in 1999, and recently secured a position as a Senior Consultant. Siobhán is the Course Director for the Post Graduate Diploma in Health & Social Care Management course, a CIPD Associate and a member of the International Coaching Federation. She is also a trained mediator. She enjoys working with staff at all levels across HSC and has a keen interest in leadership and management development, quality and service improvement and coaching.
