Bronagh Mahon-Watters

Bronagh is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist (HCPC registered) and Learning and Development Consultant with experience working in the areas of Neurodiversity and Inclusion, Coaching and Psychological Assessments.

Her previous work experience includes working in the Civil Service within specialised team of Psychologists supporting the organisation in wellbeing, inclusion, coaching and conducting psychological assessments. I have worked as an Autism Consultant, supporting Autistic adults to find meaningful employment and organisations to build inclusive environments.

Bronagh is particularly interested in Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (with a focus on Neurodiversity), Wellbeing at Work, and Coaching & Development.

She is involved in a number of courses within the Leadership Centre including: Postgraduate Diploma in Health and Social Care, ASPIRE, Accelerated Management Development Programme and more.
