Eamon has worked in Training, Organisational and Personal Development for over 25 years and the last 9 years within Healthcare both within Health Care Trusts and the Leadership Centre.
He has a qualified coach and Genos Certified Emotional Intelligent Practitioner.
He leads on many courses including Management Skills, Interview Skills and Change management. He has particular interests in coaching healthcare staff and helping them to reach their full potential.
