Keith Bailey

Keith leads the digital team at the Leadership Centre. Part of the Senior Leadership Team, he is responsible for all digital consultancy and IT training services and the contract management for LearnHSCNI. Of New Zealand extraction he is an Irish FA GDC Coach and Lego collector.

Keith joined the HSC Leadership Centre in 2020 and has been a Principal Consultant since 2023. Holding a doctoral degree in engineering he brings over 20 years of private sector consulting experience to the HSC with a focus on digital process improvement and automation.

PRINCE2® certified and both an Adobe and Apple Certified Instructor, Keith previously founded and operated a digital training and consultancy company serving broadcasting, education, aviation, health and military customers across the UK, Ireland and Italy.

Prior to this venture he served in a number of temporary HSC posts: as project manager for the Regional Theatre Management System (2004-2005) as well as PCCI business case and planning officer posts in SHSSB and CAGHT respectively.
