Martin Groom

Before joining the Leadership Centre, Martin spent many years working as a leadership and organisational development consultant, supporting organisations across different sectors and internationally with leadership development, change management, culture and people capability.

He has now joined the team here at the Leadership Centre where his role focuses on helping to design and deliver leadership programmes and contributing to the Centre’s wider capability and change offer.
